Here at TSA we recently had a light pilot take off in a PW-5, and on the take off roll the velcro holding the seat-back released, allowing the seat-back to move further aft. Since the pilot was light enough to require the seat to be fully forward as per the flight manual, the CG was compromized with the new seat position. In this case, the pilot was thinking quickly enough to release and avoid an incident.

If you need to have the seat-back fully forward, please check to see that the velcro holding the 'spacer blocks' is securely fastened.
