The following experience with the tow release handle coming loose was relayed to me recently by a PW-5 pilot. Other people reported having experienced the same problem. All seem to have solved the problem by applying some Locktite to all three T-handles, which the factory says is a good, although "permanent" solution (the cable may have to be cut and the handle replaced if a disassembly of the system is later required). Nevertheless, This sure warrants everyone's attention! Check your T-handles!!! And it probably should be an item to add to your preflight checks.
